For over 40 years, full-service law firm Aleshire & Wynder has provided public agencies throughout California with innovative, ethical, and cost-effective legal representation. When the pandemic forced remote working, the firm recognized it as an opportunity to reassess efficiency. The existing space projected a post-apocalyptic feel. Located in a dated round building, the office was too large for the newly hybrid workforce. Moving to a smaller, modern office encouraged the staff to eliminate clutter, go paperless, and improve efficiency. The new workspace is large enough to house all hands yet invites close collaboration.
