Thoughtful space planning shifted use and effectively downsized the footprint through the process. The Sym8 team repurposed the unused reception space as a break area and lounge suited for lunchtime and even client meetings. The updated plan conveys a professional yet comfortable ambience. The team converted extra conference rooms into offices and removed unused phone rooms. Budget development identified the most important features to retain. The final design not only held the dollars in check but also strengthened the energetic vibe.
